Date: 1 October 2005 Location: Hervey Bay (from the Fraser Coast Chronicle) A COMPANY that has enjoyed phenomenal growth in the past 18 months has claimed the title of the Fraser Coast's top business for 2005. Trojyn Investments, the name behind the Curves fitness centres for women, was named the winner of the prestigious Ergon Energy award at last night's spectacular Fraser Coast Business Awards. More than 400 people turned out for the gala event at Hervey Bay's Kondari Resort to see who was top of the business world for 2005. In addition to winning the top prize, Curves also took out the Other Services award for a company with more than 50 staff. The two other major prizewinners were Maryborough's Sexy Coffee, wich was named the Wide Bay Burnett Area Consultative Committee New Business winner, and Pitt and Company Cabinets, which won the Department of State Development and Innovation for Manufacturing Innovation. Sexie Coffee also won the Retail award for a business with 20 - 50 staff. Other big winners were:
